Meet the Sacramento Team Behind Alden Insulation Sacramento
When we opened our Sacramento location, we didn’t just hire technicians. We hired people who’d treat your attic like it was their own. Our crew lives here. They shop at the same grocery stores, their kids go to the same schools, and they understand what Sacramento summers do to a house that’s under-insulated. What unites them isn’t a uniform or a badge, it’s a shared refusal to leave a job until it’s done right. That’s The Garrison Standard, and it’s been the rule here since 2002.
Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Insulation Technician
Marcus has been in insulation for 14 years, the last six of them with Alden Insulation Sacramento. He’s our go-to for the hardest jobs, the ones where the attic access is wedged behind a closet shelf or the existing insulation looks like a raccoon threw a party. Marcus holds certifications in Owens Corning and Johns Manville installation, and he’s the guy who trains every new tech we bring on. When he’s not under a roofline, Marcus restores old motorcycles in his garage, which explains why he’s so comfortable working in tight, awkward spaces.
Elena R. – Senior Installer, Blown-In Specialist
Elena runs our blown-in insulation jobs, and she’s frankly obsessive about R-value consistency. She can look at a coverage map and tell you where the density dips before the gauge confirms it. Elena came to us from commercial insulation work and has been with Alden Insulation Sacramento for four years. She’s certified on GreenFiber and Knauf systems, and she’s the reason our blown-in jobs come out clean and even every single time. Outside work, Elena coaches her daughter’s youth soccer team and knows every taqueria worth eating at between Midtown and Elk Grove.
Darnell W. – Service Coordinator
Darnell is the voice on the phone when you call (279) 205-7041. He’s been with the Garrison Partners family for eight years and joined Alden Insulation Sacramento the day this location opened. Darnell knows the difference between R-19 and R-38, he knows our schedule cold, and he’ll tell you honestly if your job is a half-day or a full-day. Before insulation, Darnell worked in logistics, and it shows. He treats your appointment window like a promise, not a suggestion. When he’s off the clock, Darnell plays bass in a blues trio that gigs weekends around Oak Park.
Jesse M. – Apprentice Installer
Jesse joined us two years ago as a helper and earned his place on the install truck through sheer curiosity. He asks good questions, takes notes when Marcus talks, and genuinely wants to understand why a house in Land Park loses heat differently than one in Natomas. Jesse is currently working toward his Owens Corning certification and handles a lot of our insulation removal prep work. On weekends, he hikes the trails around Folsom Lake and shows up Monday with boots that look like they’ve seen things. Every team needs someone who’s hungry to learn, and Jesse’s that person for us.
One Standard, Every Job
Every member of this crew answers to the same rulebook. It’s called The Garrison Code, and it’s not a poster on a wall, it’s the way we work. The 365-Day Done Right Promise means every insulation job we perform in Sacramento carries a written guarantee for a full year. If something fails, we come back and fix it at no charge. That promise only works if the people doing the work take it personally. Marcus, Elena, Darnell, and Jesse all know their name goes on every job, right next to Bryce Holloway’s. That’s what The Garrison Standard demands, and that’s exactly how Alden Insulation Sacramento has operated since 2002.
